If you need a new roof, consider Xochitl Arango (The Roofing Lady). I got 6 quotes and she provided the best value and quality work. City Inspector just signed off on plywood and told me she has an excellent reputation with customers and the city. I can add my name to the list. Did our roof in 2024. Very reasonable. Beautiful work.
